BLVS Registration Step-by-Step |

Thank you for your
interest in the Basehor-Linwood Virtual School. Enrollment
for the 2009-2010 school year is open. We will process
enrollments until September 17, 2009. If you are a current
student and plan to re-enroll for 2009-2010, please call the
BLVS office and we can do this with you by phone. (913)
724-1727 ext. 0. If you are a new student please follow the
steps below. Step
1: Fill out the
registration form completely and accurately. Step
2: When the
registration form has been submitted, a BLVS
Administrator will call to discuss your
registration information and reason for
enrolling. Step
3: If the
student is a candidate, the enrollment will be
processed and a training date and time will be
scheduled. Step
4: Student and
parent/guardian will attend a 2.5 hour training
session. Training sessions will be scheduled
starting August 3, 2009. During training,
enrollment forms will be completed and signed,
student birth certificate and immunization records
are required, and fees will be paid. After
training, students will go home with the necessary
information and materials to begin school on August
14, 2009. Step
5: Please mail
a copy of the student's birth certificate and
immunization records to: BLVS, 2108 N. 155th St.,
P.O. Box 251, Basehor, KS 66007. Do not mail
enrollment fees. Enrollment fees will be paid
during your scheduled training session.
